Maturity

Maturity begins when we know who we are in Christ

Some will say maturity is when you grow older,  when your voice changes and in bus,  when you have a broader chest
Some even say maturity is when you've had sex
Maturity is not when your English has has become fluent
It is not when you live in so much affluence
It is not when you're alcohol drinking
Skin bleaching 
Or weed smoking
Maturity is not when you can make numerous ladies lay with you in a day
It is not when you lay with different men for the pay
Maturity is not when you struggle to join that cult gang
Where you only commit crimes to increase your rank

Maturity is when you realise that someone was born to die for you
It is when  you make the decision to follow His lead in all you do
Maturity is your mindset 
And when you realise  that,  it becomes your asset
Maturity is when you realise that well be on this earth only for some time
And like the flipping pages of a book
That's how we pass through time

Maturity is when you have decided to spend eternity with your father
It is when you've made  the decision not to end up your journey in hell fire
You ar e mature when you realise there is only little time left and no more time to play
It is when  you realise its all vanity all the earthly things we chase
You see,  when you realise Jesus died and rose for you 
Then we can say you are mature,
You just joined the big boys  gang
Where you only enhance kingdom work to increase your rank.

Whenever you see someone with a scar what first come to your mind... Ojonugwa: I'm still in awe at the dimension of God which a young successful attorney had experienced in the 1870s where he could still proclaim God's goodness and find comfort in Him after the tragedy that befell him.     Horatio spafford was a successful attorney and estate investor who lost a fortune on the great Chicago fire of 1871, around same time, he also lost his four year old son to scarlet fever.
